Q：誰可以申請實習(xí)簽證？Who can apply the internship visa?

A：

1.簽證需要是半年以上的居留許可。

You should hold a valid Residence Permit on your passport.

2.實習(xí)期需在學(xué)習(xí)期限內(nèi),且每次申請不超過半年。

The duration of internship should be less than the length of your study, and no more than 6 months.

3. 即將于2023年畢業(yè)的或培養(yǎng)方案中有實習(xí)要求的國際學(xué)生，若培養(yǎng)方案中有要求，需提供培養(yǎng)方案復(fù)印件。

The International students who will graduate in the year of 2023, or there is necessary requirement about internship in the cultivation plan. The copy of the cultivation plan will be needed as a supporting document.

5.接收單位開具的實習(xí)證明（可在留辦網(wǎng)站上下載http://www.bydhexu888.com/docs/2021-11/ff7373f7a89246c3af721ac50abc7ccf.doc, 不可手寫）

Internship Agreement from the Employer (template can be downloaded at http://www.bydhexu888.com/docs/2021-11/ff7373f7a89246c3af721ac50abc7ccf.doc, and the form should be typed on computer)

6..企業(yè)營業(yè)執(zhí)照副本（與第6項信息一致，如果在使館實習(xí)可以省略該項目）

Business License of the Employer (It should be in line with Item 6. And if the employer is the Embassies and Consulates, there is no need to provide the license.)

7.請按照學(xué)習(xí)類居留許可延期的流程進(jìn)行預(yù)約，“申請事由”選擇“學(xué)習(xí)”，”有效期至”填寫已完成延期的居留許可有效期（如尚未進(jìn)行延期，請咨詢留辦老師）。預(yù)約完成后，下載外國人簽證證件申請表并雙面打印。勾選”勤工助學(xué)或校外實習(xí)加注”，按照實習(xí)時間如實填寫申請日期。實習(xí)單位（企業(yè)）需要在實習(xí)申請日期以及單位印章處分別加蓋公章。

Please follow the same procedure for extending your residence permit for study, select "Study" in "Reason for application", and fill in the validity period of your residence permit that has been extended until. After the appointment is completed, download the application form and print it on both sides. Tick"Work-Study/ Internship" and fill in the end date of the internship. The application form shall bear two seals of the company. One goes to “Valid until” , the other goes to “Company/School’s seal”

請攜帶第2項-第8項材料前往北京市出入境管理局申請實習(xí)簽證。

After preparing all the documents, please bring Item 2 to 8 to Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau for applying Internship Visa.
